objectives,which shall be used for measuring the effective
and efficient implementation and monitoring of the QHSE
Management Systems.
- To complete the projects within approved budget
and agreed schedule.
- To carry out the services rendered with 100%
customer satisfaction.
- 100 % of the products delivered/services provided
shall have no major customer complaints leading to
complete rejection.
- Aim at zero product recall.
- Zero lost time incidents and fatalities.
- Third Party Liability claims maintained at 0.01% of
the Annual Turnover.
- Zero Environmental Incidents including emissions to
air, releases to water, and contamination to land
leading to citation/penalties.
- 100 % compliance to statutory/legal requirement
for waste disposal.
